Prior to moving into real estate, Sassy spent most of her professional career in retail sales as the co-founder and owner of Sassanova, a high-end women’s specialty store. Coupled with her extensive knowledge of the DC Metro area and entrepreneurial spirit, Sassy quickly became one of the area’s Top Producers, exceeding over $40 million in sales in her second year. She has consistently been recognized by The Wall Street Journal as one if America’s Top Agent’s since 2018 and holds the record for the highest sale ever in the city of Bethesda. Sassy resides in Bethesda with her husband Chris and their three children.

Born and raised in the Washington, DC, area, Lauren Pillsbury is a DC, Maryland, and Virginia Realtor with more than 16 years of marketing and sales experience. Her valuable ability to reach a wide range of clients through creative marketing campaigns, combined with her extensive local knowledge and negotiation skills, allow her to give each of her clients a highly personalized level of service.

Lauren received the Washingtonian Best Real Estate Agent award in 2020, which is exclusively given to the top 100 Realtors in the DC area. She has joined the highly successful Roth Team at WFP, having previously been with another top-producing team at a major competitor for the previous seven-plus years. Lauren has also collaborated with several highly regarded developers on residential real estate projects including JBG SMITH, Lock 7 Development, and Altus RE.

Lucy Blundon, a licensed real estate agent with The Roth Team at Washington Fine Properties, specializes in helping buyers and sellers at all price points in Washington DC and Maryland. Lucy has represented clients on some of the largest transactions in the city, including listing the second largest sale in Georgetown in 2019. She equally enjoys guiding first time homebuyers from start to finish through the home buying process.

Lucy is a fifth-generation Washingtonian. She grew up in Chevy Chase, Maryland, and attended St. Patrick’s Episcopal Day school and Holton Arms School. She graduated from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas with a degree in Real Estate Finance.

In her free time, Lucy enjoys playing golf, traveling with family and friends, entertaining, and exploring new restaurants. Lucy currently resides in Chevy Chase, MD, with her husband and English Bulldog.

Malcolm Dilley was born and raised in Georgetown. He was a lifer at The Potomac School and attended Franklin and Marshall College where he received a bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts.

After returning to Washington, Malcolm worked at The National Gallery of Art in Development and Special Events and then at Susan Gage Caterers, as a Sales Executive.

Malcolm joined The Roth Team at Washington Fine Properties in the fall of 2021 and brings with him a wealth of experience after a successful hospitality career in sales and operations. Malcolm is known for his tenacious and unwavering support of his clients and forming lasting partnerships. With an understated yet deliberate approach, Malcolm excels at project management and client relations. As the ultimate host and always on the move, Malcolm loves to entertain, bring friends together, and plan travels. A lifelong weekender in Middleburg, Malcolm is passionate about horseback riding, the Virginia countryside, and preserving open space. Susie Maguire is a third-generation Washingtonian with over 28 years’ experience in residential and commercial real estate in the Washington area. Susie grew up in Chevy Chase Village and Bethesda, Maryland, and currently lives in the Kent neighborhood of Washington, DC. She handles residential listings and buyer representation in DC and Maryland. She works in all Washington, DC neighborhoods, in particular Kent, Palisades, Spring Valley, Wesley Heights, Berkley, Cleveland Park, Chevy Chase, Dupont, Logan, Kalorama, Mass. Avenue Heights, Observatory Circle, Georgetown, Glover Park, and Woodley Park. She actively sells in the Maryland communities of Chevy Chase, Bethesda, Potomac, Edgemoor, and Kensington.

Aside from real estate, Susie has actively supported St. Patrick’s Episcopal Day School and Holton-Arms School, and more recently was on the parent’s advisory councils of both Elon University and Colby College. Susie recently joined Many Hands, a grant making organization that helps local woman, children and families.

Susie enjoys traveling, playing golf, attending her book club meetings, and spending time in her favorite beach town, Cape May, New Jersey. Susie is married and has two daughters. Susie received her B.A. from Rollins College.
